Hello again! Remind us who you are and what business you started.

My name is Artur and I’m a Unix engineer, although in the last few years I have been focused 100% on my projects and initiatives, such as this company called MintMe. Everything started with me realizing it was important to believe in myself and the ideas I have, and MintMe has proved to be way bigger than I even imagined it could be thanks to the new alliances I have created, and the team working behind it.

MintMe is a platform that combines the features of a traditional crypto exchange with an ecosystem for the creation and trading of customized tokens. It is a new perspective on cryptocurrencies, but it is also innovative for traditional crowdfunding methods, and the marketing of unique services and products through tokens.

We are very excited to reveal what we have been working on these past couple of months, and we are also very grateful for the trust our community and our current investor put in our project, as they generously helped us raise 700k USD in the last quarter of 2021.

Tell us about what you’ve been up to. Has the business been growing?

MintMe is getting ready to take a big leap. We decided to combine 2 major updates to give our community a macro update that includes all together, the features we have planned. Among some of them, I can mention the expansion of trading markets, bounty or rewards programs, as well as a better and more functional platform that adapts to the needs and demands of our users.

Even though our platform is fully functional right now, we still have many features that we want to include, as planned originally, but that needed a bit more time in the oven, and others that we learned we needed along the way.

Learning to trust others is part of sharing your vision for the projects you want to achieve. We are not all-powerful and cannot accomplish all things on our own without help from anyone else.

Although I can't make full disclosure about all the changes, our community is anxious about the upcoming macro update. We have also had several Telegram and Twitter channels doing interviews about our project and wanting to be an early part of the upcoming success.

Our community has been our first base of growth, we are pleased to offer features that they have requested and recommended. Of course, we never stop adding improvements and rethinking our features for better use.

What have been your biggest challenges in the last year?

My biggest challenge always continues to be to trust in the possibilities that this idea has and to do my best to share it with others. Sometimes we can see something with our own eyes and have clear ideas of what we want, but it is necessary to learn to share our ideas and expectations or plans with others so that they can become help and pillars for further growth.

Even though the pandemic didn’t have a direct effect on us since we work remotely, there was a general feeling of sluggishness in the market. Fortunately, rapid business digitization enabled the growth of the crypto sphere. Which in turn made us work much harder and need more available hands to join the team.

Speaking of believing in the possibilities, the moment we decided to change the name of our Blockchain comes to mind. At that time we had already started MintMe and wanted to make ourselves better known. Of course, changing the name from Webchain to MintMe was not easy at all, we had to go through several processes to define our brand, rewrite content, redesign and update our website, but in the end, it was the best choice and now our blockchain and token creation platform are hand in hand as one brand.

That’s one, the best advice I can give is to keep our eyes on the future and on the people who make us grow and think big, no matter the circumstances.

What have been your biggest lessons learned in the last year?

Delegate. Learning to trust others is part of sharing your vision for the projects you want to achieve. We are not all-powerful and cannot accomplish all things on our own without help from anyone else. Delegating is the ultimate skill that any entrepreneur must master.

My team works together, we have even designed surveys for our employees to give their opinions and forums where they can share their ideas and express their thoughts about our weaknesses and how to overcome them.

Most importantly, we provide tools for their growth and allow them to demonstrate their capabilities in various areas and execute their best ideas.

What’s in the plans for the upcoming year, and the next 5 years?

Our project grows with the support of the community, although it will happen slowly it will be steady. Among the many plans, we have proposed ourselves, is the creation of a fully functional mobile app for MintMe that can include all of the features and security of our web platform in a more compact and accessible version. Hopefully, this will allow many more people to join and interact with each other just using their phones.

On top of that, we have plans to integrate a market for NFTs and expand the usability and appeal with original inside games. Our team is actively working to enable these functions on our platform in a dynamic and user-friendly way. We have also taken into account the proposals and ideas coming from our community to integrate new features on request.

Also, our coin could certainly reach a market cap of 400+ Million USD within that 5-year mark as we gauge the price to rise exponentially once we launch our marketing campaign.

What’s the best thing you read in the last year?

Lately, I have been reading “Zero to One” by Peter Thiel. It has given me a lot of insight on how to lead a brand new organization towards the path of success, embracing your vision for its future with confidence, and spreading this enthusiasm all through the company. Having your particular ideals and representing them on the product or service you want to promote is something I have learned to accept, in big part thanks to this book.

Advice for other entrepreneurs who might be struggling to grow their business?

Nothing in life happens instantaneously, even things that we think happened quickly took time behind the scenes. Patience, resilience, and perseverance: are some of the personal skills that we must harvest in order not to succumb to waiting until we finally see the fruits of our efforts, which will come with time, sometimes when we don’t expect it.
