Initially, they pivoted to offering affiliate recruitment services because they lacked technical skills. They then posted a Fiverr Gig and attracted hundreds of clients inquiring about their services.

Seeing the interest through Fiverr validated their concept.

They built the initial product by starting development soon after incorporating Levanta in November 2022.

While Ian Brodie was focused on raising funds in December 2022, the CTO began building the product.

By February 2023, they had a beta version ready, and a live production version was completed by March 2023.

They publicly launched the business and announced it on LinkedIn in March, aiming to grow it through partnerships, mirroring their strategy with previous startup, Grovia.

Levanta acquired their initial customers by targeting affiliate agencies instead of approaching individual Amazon sellers and affiliates.

By creating a product tailored to the needs of these agencies, Levanta successfully attracted its initial customer base through a strategic focus on affiliate agencies.
